No, it's an American influenced thing, which is usually accompanied with spaghetti. Still very tasty though, and quite clearly, Tony knows how to cook!:)
No, that's sacrilege... Golden rule in Italy: only one type of carbohydrate on your plate at once!;)Quote:
Quite like mine with French fries too.
I guess though, as a Scottish daftee, you can be forgiven:D
Marco.
Got my dad round today for lunch, so we're having home-made spinach and ricotta Girasole, with home-made Bolognaise sauce (using fresh spicy salsiccia), followed by this goat recipe, which Del is making:

She's also making an aubergine parmigiana for herself, as she's veggie.
Then followed by Sicilian lemon tart and mascarpone cream. And lots of nice cocktails and wines will be drunk, as usual. If I get time to snap some pics, I'll post them later!

I like a good omelette and that looks like one. Making me hungry that is.
I've got some chicken goujons and some noodles to cook up later. The goujons only take 8 minutes under the grill. Season it all with a bit of Tabasco sauce. I'm a big fan of Tabasco on anything bread-coated.
