Cheese on toast (Edam on granary) as I'd had a large chow mein for lunch.

We have a new Lidl opened a couple of weeks ago and just picked up a selection of 6 Pâtés which look very tasty so will be trying them out a bit later after some Christmas pressie wrapping ;)

I can honestly say I doubt that anything I've eaten today has had significant nutritional value. Must do better.

Hmm. Had chicken salad in a granary roll lunchtime. Followed by an apple and coffee.

Got fish in the oven at the moment, nothing special, just Birds Eye pollack in breadcrumbs (which I like). Oiled sweet potato slices baking too and spinach to go with those.
