half the battle on food with me is someone making it for me. thats a thrill.. i so rarely get anything made for me... Was speaking to an old chum from my childhood yesterday. he came to visit re my brother.
He lived across street from me, and still stays there. we used to go cycling away to loch lomond etc. Well he said wouldnt it be grand to get mom's home cooking again.. i had to agree:D

Lol - I totally understand that, and sympathise. I'm lucky that I get arguably even better than my mum's home-cooking. I get Del's - every day! My mum was a really good cook, although almost exclusively with traditional Italian food, whereas Del can turn her hand to pretty much anything:)

thats one of tesco's best range.. "Finest" is the name. Their pasta dishes are not bad usually. Thats one of the best ones tho.

I didn't say you weren't keen on pate - quite the opposite, in fact.

Pate is a from of French food, right? Ok, the other day you said that the pate and Melba toast I'd posted pics of looked great, but if it were you, you'd have chosen a different type of pate, as you're not keen on duck and orange, right?

So..... That suggests to me that you LIKE pate, just not one that's made from duck and orange. Therefore, I said last night that you must enjoy some French food, as you appear to LIKE pate [just not duck and orange].
