Cheers Marco, I had planned to have some wine with it (bought a few bottles to take advantage of Morrison's "buy 6 get 25% off" deal). Unfortunately, Fliss is on antibiotics pre dental work, so I feel obliged to join her in no alcohol for a few days :(

Another simple (but tasty) lunch today, enjoyed al fresco... Gloucestershire 'old spot' pork chop (infused with garlic and herbs), nicely chargrilled on the BBQ and served once again with some dressed salad leaves from our garden, and a wedge of lemon:

looks nice. i like pork done like that. so tasty.. it gives a great malliard effect taste
