you like that one dave? usual mix of veg and that.. onion, fennel, fennel seeds, orange sweet pepper, red cherry peppers, ginger, garlic, provence herb mix and a quick sprinkle of paprika cooked in avacado oil. sauce was tomato and basil and pasta was made by Rana, who make great chopped internals and nice fast cook pasta(2 mins).Quote:

Made a chicken stew lunchtime, loads of fresh veg in it, garlic, ginger, pearl barley, lentils etc. Was excellent, nice and warming on such a cold day. So only cheese on toast tonight. Plenty stew left over for the next two days I reckon.
