Organic Garlic, ginger, fennel, onions and peppers with fennel seed and coriander. Along with some fresh pork cubed and red pesto.

Swedish meatballs for me tonight, just need to double check that I have allspice, a very important ingredient.

I had Cajun Chicken Quesasillas with sour cream and Guacamole, to start. Del had a 'superfood salad'. Then we shared an Emmental, Gruyère and Pecorino cheese fondue (not had one of those in years), served with Alpine Flatbread and crudités, for dipping.
Washed down with a bottle of Petit Verdot, followed by a Macchiato coffee for me, and a Limoncello sorbet cocktail, for Del. It was superb! :cool:

Not sure what "cattots" are but I can see the Parmesan on the tatties.
