BBQ at every opportunity, when the sun’s shining. :)

Lamb kofte, chicken souvlaki and homemade burger (only 3 each of the former as son is fussy and his sausages from the local butcher were already on the go.) My burger was topped with Binham Blue cheese (from Norfolk, and one of my favourite cheeses) and red onion. Could eat it all again now!

:lol: Well there was a bit of bare plate! Normally I'd just do a marinaded chicken breast for me, but sod it, life's too short. Haven't lost any weight in lockdown, but then not gained any either so i guess that's not so bad.

Greenery is just scenery anyway

Tonight's tea, enjoyed al fresco, in our backyard... 28-day aged Welsh beef fillet steak, cooked on the BBQ and served with a homemade creamy mushroom and peppercorn sauce, fresh vine tomatoes and a few chunky chips (defo not enough though for Roy!:D)
