Looks A. Tempted to copy this weekend.
It was an Aldi beef hash ; couldnt remember the name but found the cover. It was ace, and def buy it again if they ever have it in again. was a special I think. plenty nice lean and tender beef, and the spuds were nice too. many of these you get they are hard

Some Dutch YouTube recipe. Carrots and onions in mash with Dijon mustard.
The plaice was excellently fresh but TBH the mash was not great. Just mash and carrots would have been vastly superior.
But then who said the Dutch could cook?
