However, why lose the cream? It's not as if you're eating that everyday, so fuck it and bung it in:D You know the sauce (and overall dish) will be richer and tastier for it...
Unless there are significant health reasons why you can't have cream, I don't believe in all this low-calorie/diet nonsense. Instead, eat what you enjoy, simply in smaller portions, vary your diet, eat healthily more often than not (especially in terms of consuming greens and other fresh veg/fruit), and MOVE a bit to work off the calories!
But when it comes to food, NEVER skimp on taste or pleasure!!
That's my motto, and as a healthy big bastard, it's served me pretty well so far:eyebrows:
