Anyway, lunch today enjoyed al fresco... Small selection of Italian cured meats and peppers/antipasto, followed by Pappardelle al Ragu (with Del's homemade sauce), sprinkled with some fresh Parmesan [20 months-matured Grana Padano Riserva DOP] from Lidl (best I've tasted outside of Italy) and some fresh parsley:
