Buttered corn-on-the-cob to start.
Grilled gammon steaks with mustard mash, carrots, peas, green beans and spinach.
Apple for 'pud'.
And a glass or two of 2015 Chateau D'Augan, Bordeaux. (Gold medal winner at the Concours de Bordeaux 2016)
