Today we'll be having Prawn Pil-Pil to start [should look something like this, possibly better:eyebrows: https://www.tamingtwins.com/spanish-...garlic-chilli/, followed by some beautiful double Welsh spring lamb cutlets (sourced from a farm locally), cooked to perfection on the charcoal grill, served with fresh spinach, homemade fondant potatoes and other seasonal veg, with homemade mint sauce on the side, made from fresh mint from our herb garden.
Still to decide on wine, but I'm veering towards a classic French Burgundy.
