I’m connected professionally with BMW. Before I was with Mercedes-Benz. Both brands are premium but the coupe is prettier:)
Yeah, in general, Beemers are more of a 'driver's car', although Mercedes have recently taken steps to level the playing field, in that respect.
Plus of course, that doesn't include their AMG range, or something like my Brabster, which are stupidly quick, allow you to 'connect' with the road/driving experience, and overall are designed to put a big smile on your face!:)

Sounds good, Neil. I do something similar with steak, but rather than olive oil, use a good butter, or perhaps some cubes of herb butter, which have been made in advance and stored in the fridge, then finish it off, à la Café de Paris:
