Yeah, that's true. Becks is a different animal in Germany. When I'm there though, I try and avoid anything 'mainstream' like that, and prefer something more typically local, but then you were at an airport, not in a town centre bar....

Fresh avocado pear, stuffed with prawns on a bed of 'Lollo Bianco' lettuce, dressed in a home-made curry mayonnaise and sprinkled with some fresh corriander. Gorgeous! Plus, it'd have been rude not to have had a wee beer with it [just 'cos I could]:D
