Have a read up online about the foodi air fryers..There are a couple of bigger machines again than the one I've just bought...which also have a pressure cooker facility..I nearly went for the pressure cooker type, but I've got a pressure cooker and a three tier stainless steamer set, so went for the dual, little or no oil air fryer...or as one clever person expressed....a fancy chip fryer...but you can do anything from a rib eye steak to beef jerky, dried fruit and vegetables (it has a dehydrate function) or even cakes and muffins..of course, it can do chips too, baked potatoes, roast potatoes, stuffed peppers, chilli corn on the cob, fish, infact just about anything that is done in a conventional oven, but at a fraction of the time...you can even bake bread...the list goes on..
