In other words, three foil trays from Sainsbury's. I added the Encona:D

No idea what you'd call it, as I didn't follow a recipe (as normal), but probably the tastiest pasta dish I've made for sometime - chances of me exactly recreating it? . . . slim :lol:

I did bung it under a hot grill just before serving, to melt that parmesan a bit - delicious.

Cheese and onion toasties tonight. Basically butter the insides, add thinly sliced onion and your choice of cheeses, generous grind of black pepper, and sauce. I like mayo and a dash of Tabasco or chilli sauce. Am using mozzarella, cheddar and a bit of grana padano. Then the sandwich goes onto a dry flat pan at moderate heat, flipping each couple of mins or so. When it starts to brown spread some mayo on the top, flip it, more mayo on top, flip again.
So pan fried mayo on toast works? Gonna check that out. Sounds odd enough to try.
