The was no requirement for beef stock in the first place Marconian. I just plain fucked up.

Freezing stock is for losers, anyway. Good beef stock is an effort too far (waits for Marco's 'otherwise' post LOL).

Yup unless your making tons of roast beef. I part boil my roasts so usually get good stock.
