Thought I’d avoid getting any more fillet steak from the farm butchers, as the last lot nearly bankrupted me, so this time went for sirloin instead…

It certainly looks like it, it'd explain the price!
Had half of one sliced with salad in a pitta bread for lunch, and it was extremely delicious.
Have you tried "East end" yet - very good butcher and I think he may be a little cheaper.
(or there is "Woody's" in Holbrook - not used him much, but good reputation )
It’s good, really really good.
I slow roasted half of it over onions, garlic, fennel and star anise with cider for moisture, then whacked up the temp for the crackling.
Utterly outstanding flavour and melt in the mouth goodness.
