I like a good dessert/pudding, done well, but can rarely manage one after a meal, as I find it too filling, so usually appreciate it more, on its own afterwards. Got some fresh pineapple for later, which has been soaked in Malibu liqueur, and will be served with a dollop of clotted cream!:D
