...but without the BBQ beef. Just a plain Margherita, but 'tarted up' with Parma Ham, sun-dried tomatoes, olives and chilli flakes. This Asda one has the tastiest, most authentic base, of any supermarket pizza I've tried - and base is king! If the base is good, you can always use some quality toppings of your own, as I did, and end up with something approaching an Italian pizza.

Anyway, it slipped down rather nicely earlier, with a nice glass of Chianti, in the Wrexham sunshine!:cheers:

Pizza looked quality... The stir fry was good. Strong flavours tho. I maybe overdid the pomegranate

The Parma ham was cut with an electric slicer, from a solid piece (bought from a deli). That makes a difference, as unlike supermarket-bought Parma ham, a) the ham tastes of something to start with (rather than cardboard), and b) you can slice it thicker, so that it doesn't all shrivel up in the oven.

Used it with soy and balsamic. Then a hot sweet n sour chilli. Very good but just too much. Some you win some you lose a bit. Was good but will adjust it next time.

They were really quite small loin chops but I had to leave some of the rice.
