Today's lunch... Chilli-infused Harissa chicken, marinated overnight in herbs and spices, then cooked on a charcoal barbecue, served with seasonal veg and rosemary/garlic roast potatoes:

Lol.... It was cooked on the BBQ but eaten indoors;)
Thanks, it was superb. The marinade she made up, which the chicken was coated in, was the key. It was basically half a chicken, 'spatchcocked', which is the best way to BBQ a whole chicken. I'll have the other half tomorrow!

I think that’s true of anywhere. For example, I’ve no doubt many people on here (me included!) would put the Americans and some of the appalling dross they eat high on the list of dodgy diet purveyors (I mean- squeezy cheese; WTF??) but one or two of the finest meals I’ve ever eaten have been in the US of A.
