Thought I'd try food today..
Had a nice bit of wild Pacific salmon delivered yesterday so bag steamed it in lime, green onion, balsamic and sweet chilli. Oh and a bit of coriander.
Was very nice.

TMK ive not had farmed norwegian.. dont even recall seeing it. Mostly its Scottish farmed salmon up here, or nice wild stuff at twice the price. The sockeye is good too that Tony mentions.
