Strange thing Grant but hot and spicy food has no effect on my IBS but anything wholemeal or high in fibre causes a lot of pain and takes several days to recover from. The dietician told me it's very rare that she has to tell someone to avoid a lot of fruit and veg and definitely no wholemeal bread.
The liquid cooled the fire. Pepol equ I get from doc
Breakfast but hey. Once a week fry up. Actually a bake up. Only the eggs were fried for this one.
The wife ate most of the rosti and black pudding via picky fingers:Dhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f073051830.jpg
Lol - no worries... Sometimes you're better with fresh chillies than anything else, and a sauce that isn't as rich and creamy. You may find it's the latter that affects you more than the heat or spices:)
Next time try some Jalfrezi. It's drier, and not as rich, but has more chilli.
Marco.
