Cheers, mate, Perfect summer food was exactly what I wanted. Nice and light, fresh, zingy and tasty!:)
The pans are just from Ikea - they're good, though. Btw, in terms of the wine, if anyone wants to taste what *proper* Lambrusco is like, rather than the watery Ribena-like pap, posing as such usually sold in the UK, then CHECK THIS OUT. This is the real deal.
It's an ideal summer wine, as it's a fizzy red that can be served slightly chilled, but it has BAGS of luscious blackcurrant fruit flavours and can also be enjoyed without food. Plus, this is a wine that will possibly also appeal to non-wine, or more specifically, non-red wine drinkers, as it's slightly sweet and extremely drinkable, with no acidic edge at all.
It could be the best £7 you'll spend on a bottle of wine this summer!! ;)

Picked up the bread fresh in Morrisons 29 mins ago. Still warm
Have you tried deep-frying it in balls, like you get in a Chinese takeaway?:)
Tonight it's spinach and ricotta cannelloni:

Looks like you've killed it (after a struggle), rather than cooked it!:D
