Trying make up a pork dish.
Leg is hindering me but its on the longish simmer although being fillet it doesn't need too long. The pepper take longer tbh.

Nice, but just watch with those dried herbs mate, as they can be rather overpowering!
So when are we getting to see the Girasoli with sage and butter - have all the ingredients arrived?:)

yeah not to many in it... mostly paprika and some mixed herbs. ive got stuff for pasta too so will have that too. this i wanted to get cooked at least. i can then vac seal it and it'll keep.Quote:

it was edible but not best ive had. still i ate more than usual so couldnt have been too bad.
