So I’ve never cooked Chicken Tikka Masala from scratch before but there’s a first time for everything. I thought I’d followed the recipe pretty faithfully but I think too much cream? The mushroom bhaji faired slightly better, the onion bhajis were a cheat from Tesco but all agreed the whole meal was pretty revolting! So Yes, it was moist, but that was about all there was going for it! :lol: the shop bought naans were ok though! You live and you learn...
