looks great, don’t think I’ve ever had corn ribs. We don’t have a deep fat fryer and struggle to pull off that type of chicken in the oven. Been a long long time since we have had a KFC

:lol: While I was on teacher training we went to Cambridge sewerage works (good examples of separation techniques). Fascinated to see the large mound of corn which was separated as part of the process - corn looked perfect :)

Didn't put me off though - I really enjoy nibbling my way around a cob.

We always have frozen corn in the freezer, so will give that a go sometime soon

Cool... Make sure you have a *VERY* sharp knife [even better is one of the cleavers Chinese chefs use], as cutting through the cob can be challenging, and be extremely careful that the knife doesn't slip and you lose some fingers!:eek:

sainsburys. came today but with a use by tomorrow. It was already dusted. I fried it for 3mins each side in olive oil.
