Tonight's scran... Sole Meunière with fresh samphire, asparagus spears, and other seasonal greens, accompanied with boiled new potatoes sprinkled with fresh parsley:

Nowt wrong with a nice Pinot Grigio ('t' in the wrong place, lol). I just felt that the buttery sauce lent itself more to Chablis:)

Lol, cheers, mate. It went down very well. Didn't feel for any veg this time, as it was quite late for me. We were busy doing other stuff during the day, when we'd normally have had lunch:)
