Today's scan... Slow-roasted chicken marinated in fresh rosemary and thyme, with a garlic and sherry reduction, served with homemade cauliflower and spinach Mornay, cavolo nero, heritage carrots, roast potatoes, button mushrooms and other fresh veg, sprinkled with fresh parsley:

Actually yesterday's. Had spare tempura batter so marinaded chicken in soy, garlic and ginger then dumped it in the batter. That's after I made the onion rings.
Love tempura, so though the chicken was good+ I just think only tempura would have been better.
Tempura onion rings are da bomb.

The soy, garlic and ginger combo for tempura chicken is great, used to do it ages ago, gonna have to resurrect that one thanks Justin.
