Whilst not a fan of how this looks, I think it is the best tasting thing I have done for a while.
50% Kamut, 50% pasta flour. Try toasted sesame oil (or maybe liquid malt extract instead) in loaves like this. Both add flavour in very different ways.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...eb8da0b4b3.jpg

Whilst bread can be a constituent part of lunch or tea it's not either on it's own.
