Today, a simple lunch of some Wiltshire ham (off the bone) with English mustard, crisp Lollo Rosso, and gherkins, on slow-dough super-seeded Welsh batch bread, and some spicy Cajun-style chicken on the side:

Found these in Aldi the other day, they are like a flat bread with loads of different seeds in em. Be ok for my soup, gotta be good for the old shit box with all those seeds.
