Had a huge packet of coriander and nothing to do with it so whizzed it up with lemon juice, fresh red chilli, cumin, garlic and water.
Tossed it all over the lamb chops in the last minute or two and it tasted seriously good.
I declare inventive genius.:D
Local butcher gets respect for excellent lamb chops.

On the BBQ as usual - had a lot of bread and continental meats and cheese for lunch so thought we’d better be good. :) plenty of garlic, smoked paprika and a hint of chilli on everything. Prawns were huge!
