Ha - just be sure to remove any evidence of 'creamy spurts':eyebrows:
Btw, am I imagining it or are you having your main meal now during the day, as opposed to the evening? If so, keep it up, and just have a lighter snack at night, as it's much healthier/better for you that way:)
Going to bed on a fairly empty stomach is best. The ideal thing for piling on the pounds, and feeling bloated or sluggish next day, is having big meals late at night [i.e after 9pm], when there's little chance of working it off.
Marco.
Lol.
So good I had two. Shame overload https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...701eedb939.jpg
Nice... Did you read the addition to my last post, daftee?;)
Marco.
Active at night, hahaha... Well they often say it's the best form of exercise!:D

Del's doing a traditional Wiener Shnitzel today, with Spätzle (a type of German noodles) and spiced sweet/sour red cabbage. Will post pics later:cool:

Anyway, here's the Shnitzel I mentioned earlier, with stated accompaniments, together with some fine green beans:

Was delicious!
Marco.
it was so good i had seconds.... never had schnitzl before....
Nice one. Basically it's breaded pork fillet (or in this case veal), pan-fried in butter [for flavour] and olive oil [to ensure a high enough temperature for frying, so that the breadcrumbs brown nicely and seal properly onto the meat]. Del also made her own breadcrumbs from the Polish bread I have for breakfast, which makes quite a difference in terms of flavour.
Marco.
i like pork fillet.
Well that's the diet out of the window today.
Lunch is, crusty baguette roll with loads of Tesco Vintage Farmhouse Cheddar (lovely), sliced tomato, proper butter (none of yer low fat spreads here), black pepper & salt. Plus a 'nana!

That cheese is bloody lovely, amazingly good. I think you'd have to hunt around a lot to find better. Good lunch that.

Couple of Guinness steak puddings. From freezer. Think I got them in lidl but might have been tesco. They were damn goodhttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...bbc7d564a2.jpg
Lol... It's amazing what a vice and a pair of pliers can do, eh!:D
Shame, though. What age are you mate, 66 or something? That's quite young to have lost most of your teeth. Was it all that good livin' when you were young?;)
Honestly, I've not been to the dentist in about 30 years (as I hate them), and haven't needed to either! Always taken really good care of my teeth with regular brushing. flossing, etc, and always had a good diet [touching on what we were discussing yesterday about kids - my mum was always very fastidious about brushing teeth after every meal and before bed], and been a non-smoker all my life, all of which helps to have healthy gums and teeth.
Marco.
I broke the front ones.. they got fixed but didnt last for ever alas. mostly front top, and a few top molers.. bottom are ok... I get by and I clean them and use fancy mouthwashes etc. I remember my mum going into hospital and them being amazed she had all her teeth in her 40's. shows how time has changed
Ah I see, sorry to hear that... Yeah, major advances in dental care have mostly been responsible. My dad's still got a couple of his own teeth left at 86, but his problem is receding gums. I've still got all mine. and they're good and strong.
I know that 54 isn't all that old, but so far I haven't 'fallen apart' like a lot of people my age and much younger!
Marco.
Whenever abroad if possible we always do McGonads. Once.
This McGonad looked hopeless and nothing like the pics that sold it to us. I was worried. Could it be like Barcelona (clue: fucking terrible)?
Nope. Burger meat was excellent. Brazilian beef, I assume. Much better than we get. Cheese looked like American, but was much cheesier. Bacon not the lame British stuff but genuinely crispy.
As good as a Five Guys if not slightly better.
Genuinely surprised.
Chips standard McGonads, though. Five Guys much better.
Shame the menu pics didn't come out well.

thermos coffee?
Yeah. Better than yesterday but it's filter coffee kept warm. Hey, ho.
Most normal people would think it fine;)
However you need to look closer.
