Nice one. You should try it then, using the above recipe, as long as it's not been lying around for too long :)
You can also deep-fry it into a cake - that tastes great, too!

If ever near the M&S deli they do boneless mediterranean chicken thighs, cold.
The spice/herb mix on the things is incredible. Anyone reading this is ordered to buy some, or one. They are fantastic. Seriously thinking about trying to emulate them.
Should be easy enough as the ingredients will be listed :)

Some Moroccan spices are the best along with the main Italian ones that I use.
Btw, I'm going to apply the same rules (in terms of pictures) to this thread, as we have in the classifieds section, so any lazy-arses here who are 'camera shy', will have to get their act in gear if they want to take part! :ner:
Taking pictures of your food and posting them is a piece of piss, so from now on, no excuses... :spank:

My homemade pizza! Many years of practice, getting the fresh garlic right is the trick, and I top with onion, ground beef, green pepper and Hunts Diced Tomatoes in the can. Lots of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese! So very good, a special occasion in my house.

How is it one can browse a Hi-Fi forum and end up not wanting the next best pair of speakers, but a nice Italian meal and a glass of wine
