Good stuff, mate. Nice to see you treating yourself! What's the ice-cream - Häagen-Dazs?:)
Marco.
Nice one... Where are you buying it from?:)
Btw, if you want a traditional milk ice (produced in Scotland, using all genuine Scottish ingredients), try Mackies... It's very good indeed:https://www.mackies.co.uk/
Available from Tesco: https://www.tesco.com/groceries/en-G...ucts/257236137
And indeed Asda, Sainsbury's and Morrisons, as I bought it from all four... You can really taste the milk!
Marco.
It was sainsbury's I think. I've had mackies and it was good
Cool, stuff. Yeah, I love it because I prefer a 'milk ice' to actual vanilla. The two are quite different. I often find supermarket vanilla ice-cream disappointing in flavour, unless it's a really good creamy Cornish one!
For a milk ice, this Italian stuff [made in South Wales], from a traditional recipe, is also superb and arguably even better than Mackies [scroll down a wee bit]: https://www.joes-icecream.com/
Available from Sainsbury's: https://www.sainsburys.co.uk/gol-ui/...a-ice-cream-1l
Have you tried it?:)
Marco.
Tonight for tea I enjoyed Del's homemade Southern Fried Chicken, with creamy homemade mash, peas and some fresh lime wedges:
