Ok, today's lunch.... First up a cocktail for the princess [Malibu with fresh pineapple juice and a squeeze of lime]:

My starter of fresh Panzerotti pasta, filled with Burrata cheese and Nduja sausage, sprinkled fresh Parmesan and tossed lightly through with fresh sage and a little butter:

Followed by Aberdeen Angus sirloin steak, chargrilled on the BBQ, served with a homemade herby butter sauce and an assortment of dressed side-salads; olives and rice aside, mostly containing produce from our garden:
