Anyway, today's lunch... Free-range corn-fed chicken breast (on the bone) in a white wine and Dijon mustard sauce with fresh spinach, smoked lardons, a touch of cream, fresh thyme and rosemary, with San Marzano vine tomatoes, green beans and Jersey Royal new potatoes:

Washed down with a lovely crisp, chilled Sémillon Blanc from New Zealand, enjoyed in the beautiful Wrexham sunshine - currently just a shade under 24C!:cheers:
