Not my finest work, but after some afternoon drinking i tried a four strand challah, but with organic seeded flour from Shipton mill, which is by far the best i’ve ever used and some.

It was brushed with egg wash before baking and doused in butter afterwards.

In all seriousness though, its a lot harder than it looks on Youtube to make a perfect challah, but as i've got yet another month off work i'll try and get it right.
Looks OK to me, not that I've ever heard of one.. But I'd enjoy eating it.
