Good idea, mate. Del uses a long skewer, and essentially makes a 'potato kebab', allowing her to cut into them all in a row, like this:

Home made Pizza constructed on a Wrap instead of a Pizza base, Wrap is very low carb that allows me to have an handful of chips & still be within my Carb intake allowance for the day..
