Could'nt be arsed tonight. Rainbow Trout brushed in Carlic & Herbs, oven cooked in brown paper fer five mins.. Served with Broccoli Florets, Chantenay carrots & Baby potatoes..
Nipped in Lidl on my way home from work..Stocked up with Jars of Roasted Red Peppers, Big fuck off Gherkins & some little Cornichons
