Just thought it would be nice warmed up with some dressing made from zero fat greek yoghurt, full fat mayo, coriander, sriracha and lime juice. Was bloody good to be honest.
The Sea Bass needed using up so I hacked a recipe and added a few bits (onion powder, garlic powder, sesame seeds and shallots). Was really light and really tasty.

Aldi's Specially Selected Bronze Die Pasta Papparedelle, with Del's home Ragu sauce, served with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, and sprinkled with fresh flat-leaf parsley:
