Something really strange happened yesterday evening. Which leads me to think im going a bit nuts, Id prepared all the potatoes into small pieces, chopped the onion, stuck them in the oven covered in a bit of olive oil, some garlic cloves & Oregano for half an hour. Added the Sliced peppers & Tomato wedges with ground pepper & cooked for 10 more mins. When it came to adding the Sea Bass to cook for the final 10 mins or so, i still cant believe what i did, I took the fresh fish from out the grease proof paper & instead of throwing the paper in the bin, i thrown the fish away!

Lucky i dont add the lemon wedges till last, i had to rustle up a bit of chicken breast instead..
