We've just finished taking down all the indoor Xmas decs, tree and outdoor decs, and tidied up, which took a few hours to do! So now it's time to relax with some beetroot-infused (with a touch of edible gold) smoked Scottish salmon blinis (all sourced from Lidl), topped with crème fraîche and fresh chives:
