Soz, not really into goat's cheese, as it has an acrid/acidic taste that reminds me of wee! And that gets even worse when it's heated... I like French butter and oatcakes though, but I'd have them instead with some nice runny (mature) Brie!

Good stuff mate, that's also how I like my steak cooked, although I prefer ribeye or sirloin, to fillet:)

Just ordered some steak from Donald Russell actually, plus a nice chunk of brisket... expensive but save me trying to get into butchers.. its always full of bloody chattering wimmin:eek:
