Only pic I took of today's roast dinner, loin of pork & maris pipers ready for parboiling. Was a joint effort & this was my contribution. Finished product was dished up by someone else with no consideration to presentation :eyebrows:

Didn't eat it at home, took it all to meet the rest of the feast in two large insulated containers. It was joined by sweet potatoes, parsnips, mashed potato, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts, spring greens, runner beans, yorkshire pudding & pigs in blankets. There were six of us (all but one big eaters) & there was some left.Quote:
