Last time I was cutting the fish by myself using a hammer. I have succeeded but there was some fish on the ceiling 😋
This time I have requested to be properly cut.
Anyway the turbot is a delusios fish. But attention is needed if eating the skin.

Water, flour, salt. Nothing else. As simple as it gets.

From the sourdough culture I posted above.

If you don't use commercial yeast you get:

1) A much crunchier crust.
2) No need to add oil.
3) Improved texture.
4) Better flavour.

Mmmm a very nice looking loaf of bread.....I'll wager it tasted (past tense of course, I'd have eaten it all in one sitting) sublime...I hope it was spread with real butter...I wouldn't have put anything else on it....
