Marinade. Mixed it tastes fab raw.
Used Koko coconut yoghourt which is amazing stuff. Also fresh chilli instead of powder.

I agree it is crying out for a barbie. But it's shite here today.

Grilled but that marinade was outstanding.
Firecracker rice was easy microwave stuff but an ideal accompaniment.
One plus of not barbecuing was NOT losing all that marinade to the barbie.
Didn't taste much in the way of fish, however. And it had to be eaten by hand so tumeric fingers.
Very highly recommended Marco was right.
