Just had a quick lunch fried eggs, sausages and a couple of tattle scones washed down with coffee and followed by a wee apple pie. When is dinner?

Leftover champ mash with chorizo and fried egg.

Good with a slap of Nandos Piri Piri sauce. HP would have worked a treat, too.

Re bacon earlier. Word is bacon dipped in flour and fried is excellent. Gonna try it sometime.
