Well, my soups are more like a stew, didn't put any fat in the dumplings, want to try and be a bit healthier.

Indeed... However, the healthiest way is simply to eat LESS of them, and only have them occasionally as a treat... Then when you're making them, you can stop skimping on ingredients that add FLAVOUR, worrying about calories!:doh:;)
