Well I'm blaming the Ravioli tray thingie we used to make them with! :lol:
First time I've ever had a go at making Ravioli to be honest. I generally just have them with either a simple ragu or heaps of melted butter, pepper and parmesan. The ones we made with prosciutto, garlic mushrooms and chopped sage were a pretty damned tasty contrast with the cheese and spinach ones, would definitely make a heap of them again.
